From the moment we walked through the front door on a freezing winters day, the house had everything and more we could have asked for. Bright and spacious with large windows which allowed us to be hypnotised with the most magnificent views of Dromana and as far away as the bay. With two families there, at no time did we feel that we were in each others face/space and had plenty of room and areas within the house to sit quietly. The beds were super comfy and the bed linen was warm and comfortable, in fact we all commented on the fact that we never woke up feeling stiff or that we a bad nights sleep which is rare. The bed linen and towels were of very good quality and ample extra pillows and blankets which come in handy in the middle of winter. The kitchen was extremely well equipped from the amount of cutlery, crockery, utensils, pots and pans and even chopping boards, it was like being at home, never once did we say "oh they don't have .....'. You even had sufficient amounts of tea coffee and sugar with coffee pods included so we could use the coffee machine. The house itself is beautiful and caters to your every need. Overall a superb place to stay and last but not least the heated pool and spa were great even in the middle of winter for both the children and adults." "What a wonderful winters weekend we had!! First we rugged up the kids and let them play outside in the cubby, slide, trampoline and swings. There were heaps of toys to lure them back inside when the rain started, whilst we grabbed a drink and curled up on the sofa, all nice and warm and watched the rain fall. The views from upstairs are sensational and a little distracting when one is trying to read a book!! J The kids loved the spa bath, and the parents loved the outdoor spa – it was great to use even in winter!! We hardly left the house as it had everything we needed – I tried to find something missing, but couldn’t – you even had straws!!!! The bottle of wine was a nice touch – thank you so much! Perfect year round destination and I’ll be sure to recommend this to family and friends."

"Generally Seaside Getaway is a GREAT property for two families to share. We had an amazing time there over the January 2009 period. The house is amazing with plenty of room for two families. There are plenty of quiet areas if the kids are occupying the TV area. There is plenty of space both in and out of the house. The plunge pool is perfect to cool off in and all cooking utensils are provided plus linen so no extra gear is needed other than sunglasses, sunscreen, bathers and a good book."
