House Features

The property is located in Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula, about 1.5km from the Dromana beach, shops, cafe's and restaurants. This unique home is perfectly positioned to take in beautiful bay views from both the first and second floors.

Rooms & Bedding

The home has 4 bedrooms. 3 have queen size beds, while the fourth has 2 sets of bunks (sleeps 10). There is one main bathroom with shower and spa bath, with an ensuite attached to the master bedroom. All linen and towels are provided.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen includes full cooking facilities and utensils including a microwave and dishwasher. Coffee and tea are provided including a Coffee machine (i.e. Aldi Pod Machine). Basic condiments are also available for your use. Don't forget to pick up some milk on the way!

Decking

Concertina doors open onto a large deck area with views across the bay. The deck area contains an outdoor furniture setting with plumbed BBQ facilities.

Gas heated dipping pool and undercover spa, inviting even in cold and/or wet times.

Movie / TV Area / Playstation

Located upstairs is a 50" FULL HD Plasma TV with Blue Ray player and Harman Kardon Soundbar. We also have available FOXTEL IQ2 (with HD channels) and a Sony Playstation 3 (a few games provided). We have recorded a number of movies on Foxtel for your convenience.

Close to Melbourne

Dromana is less than 80km or only one hours drive from the centre of Melbourne. With the opening of Eastlink in July 2008, this trip should become less than 1 hour.

Close to Martha Cove

Martha Cove is the new Marina under development just a few short kilometres from Dromana. With state of the art marine facilities, waterfront housing development and a planned shopping and cafe district, Martha Cove is a to become a main attraction on the Mornington Peninsula.
